Local clarinetist Myles Davis receives scholarship. Myles Davis, a 17-year-old Highland resident and recent REV graduate, competed in April for the Riverside NAACP’s local chapter of Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological, and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO) program.
